This week...

Edinburgh:
- capital of Scotland
- one of the most beautiful cities I have ever seen
- very sad I did not have time to visit almost at all, but will surely go back in spring!
- saw Guy Fawk's night fireworks from a roof top, drinking hot chocolate with friends, overlooking the beautifully lit up castle and gothic churches



Birmingham:
- incredibly beautiful campus- reminds me of Turkey, because of the rouded domes
- situated in the east midlands, it is often regarded as the second city of the UK, with over 1m people and over 2m people in the surrounding area
- the people from 'brum' have a distinctive dialect and accent
